Users are not billed per seat.

Every plan comes with its own allowance. You create the users yourself and assign their permissions. If you need more than included, you add single users instead of moving to a bigger plan.

Add-on packs – extra users, 10 GB of storage, 150 members or 100 additional AI requests per month – are booked right in the app. Adding takes effect immediately, reductions at the end of the period.

What you want to know before you start.

How does the trial work?
7 days with the full feature set of the chosen plan, no credit card required. Without a payment method on file, the subscription simply ends – nothing is charged.
Is there a setup fee or minimum term?
No. No setup fee, no document limit. The monthly plan can be cancelled monthly; the yearly plan runs twelve months and costs ten monthly fees.
Can I switch plans?
Any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing, downgrades at the end of the current billing period – Saldio tells you beforehand which modules will drop away. Your data stays.
How do I cancel?
Directly in the app, effective at the end of the current period – and reactivatable at any time. Before that you can export all your data as a ZIP.
What counts as an AI request?
Every document read by AI and every AI suggestion in bank reconciliation counts as one request. Saldio reads e-invoices and QR codes without AI – they do not count. The allowance resets at the start of each month and can be extended in packs of 100 requests.
Where is my data stored?
In Switzerland. Documents and postings are retained per Swiss GeBüV rules, every change is in the audit log. You can create a full backup as a ZIP yourself at any time.
